Ingredient A:
2 pcs Boneless Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
2 tbs Apple Vinegar
2 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tbs Oyester Sauce
1 tbs Sesame Oil
1 tbs Fish Sauce
Ingredient B:
Cooking Oil
Chopped Onion
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Green and Red Chili or capsicum
White Pepper
Fried Cashew Nut (optional)
Dried Chili (optional)
2 tbs corn flour (mixed with water)
- Marinade ingredients A for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, prepared Ingredients B
- Heat the cooking oil in frying pan and saute the onion, garlic and ginger until aromatic.
- Then, add ingredient A, white pepper and corn flour. Cook until thickens.
- Finally, add green and red chili, fried cashew nut and dried chili.
