Kung Fu Chicken



Ingredient A:

2 pcs Boneless Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
2 tbs Apple Vinegar 
2 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tbs Oyester Sauce
1 tbs Sesame Oil
1 tbs Fish Sauce

Ingredient B:

Cooking Oil
Chopped Onion
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Green and Red Chili or capsicum 
White Pepper 
Fried Cashew Nut (optional)
Dried Chili (optional)
2 tbs corn flour (mixed with water)
  1. Marinade ingredients A for 10 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, prepared Ingredients B
  3. Heat the cooking oil in frying pan and saute the onion, garlic and ginger until aromatic.
  4. Then, add ingredient A, white pepper and corn flour.  Cook until thickens.
  5. Finally, add green and red chili, fried cashew nut and dried chili.
