Kabare?? Demam bola dah berlalu.. tanggal 29hb Jun 2013 Stadium Negara Bukit Jalil telah digegarkan dengan dua pasukan gergasi.. Kelantan dan Johor Darul Takzim.. Perlawanan sengit.. walaupon JDT kalah.. suasana yang sungguh bersemangat dan satu hati tak mungkin aku lupakan.. huh!! hilang stress aku! hahahahha..

Spicy Potato Wadges


SPICY POTATO WADGES

7 pcs Potato (wash - cut with skins)
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp White Pepper / Black Pepper
1 tbsp Cumin
Salt


  1. Mixed dried ingredient then add to potato
  2. Deep fried until its turn brown and crispy

02 Pic Tangkuban Parahu

Tangkuban Perahu (spelt Tangkuban Parahu in the local Sundanese dialect) is a dormant volcano 30 km north of the city of Bandung, the provincial capital of West JavaIndonesia. It last erupted in 1959. It is a popular tourist attraction where tourists can hike or ride to the edge of the crater to view the hot water springs and boiling mud up close, and buy eggs cooked on the hot surface.[2] Thisstratovolcano is on the island of Java and last erupted in 1983. Together with Mount Burangrang and Bukit Tunggul, those are remnants of the ancient Mount Sunda after the plinian eruption caused the Caldera to collapse.
In April 2005 the Directorate of Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation raised an alert, forbidding visitors from going up the volcano. "Sensors on the slopes of the two mountains - Anak Krakatoa on the southern tip of Sumatra Island and Tangkuban Perahu in Java - picked up an increase in volcanic activity and a build up of gases, said government volcanologist Syamsul Rizal."[3]




Kung Fu Chicken



Ingredient A:

2 pcs Boneless Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
2 tbs Apple Vinegar 
2 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tbs Oyester Sauce
1 tbs Sesame Oil
1 tbs Fish Sauce

Ingredient B:

Cooking Oil
Chopped Onion
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Green and Red Chili or capsicum 
White Pepper 
Fried Cashew Nut (optional)
Dried Chili (optional)
2 tbs corn flour (mixed with water)
  1. Marinade ingredients A for 10 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, prepared Ingredients B
  3. Heat the cooking oil in frying pan and saute the onion, garlic and ginger until aromatic.
  4. Then, add ingredient A, white pepper and corn flour.  Cook until thickens.
  5. Finally, add green and red chili, fried cashew nut and dried chili.

Chicken Grill With Coconut Gravy

Assalammualaikum..

Selamat berhujung minggu.. indah nyer cuti-cuti rehat kat rumah kan.. ada yang balik kampung dan bawa keluarga bercuti.. ape pon hati-hati di jalan raya.. kali ni fadie@kipassusahmatiku nak berkongsi recipe best.. recipe baru reka tadi.. hehhehheh.. recipe hantam saja lar labu.. 

Biasanya fadie tak suka makan dada ayam.. sebab banyak isi.. cepat muak.. tapi kali ni licin daku makan.. wallaaaaa... jom check recipe yang super simple.. 


Ingredient:

2 pcs Chicken Breast 
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs osyter sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbs coriander seeds
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs black pepper

  1. Mixed coriander seeds, cumin, black pepper and blend up into a powder.  Divided into two for chicken and gravy.
  2. Marinade and grill chicken breast until its turn brown.

Coconut Gravy

250 ml Coconut milk
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbs sugar
salt
1 tbs coriander seeds
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs black pepper 
1 tbs custard powder (mixed with water)

  1. Mixed all ingredient and cook until boil.
  2. Squeeze lime/lemon as flavoring.





Bubur Jagung dan Air Bandung Soda


Bahan-bahannya:

2 tin jagung
1 tin jagung cream
2 liter air
1 ketul gula merah
1 kg santan
1 cawan sagu putih
5 sudu besar tepung kastard (bancuh dgn air)
Garam cukup rasa
2 helai daun pandan
Pewarna kuning (jika suka)

Cara-cara membuatnya:


  1. Masak air hingga didih kemudian masukkan gula merah, semua jagung tin.  Masak hingga gula larut.
  2. Masukkan santan, daun pandan dan sagu.  Kacau hingga sagu menjadi jernih.
  3. Akhir sekali masukkan tepung kastard, pewarna kuning dan garam.  Masak hingga mendidih.
Sedap di makan panas-panas bersama roti.





Bahan-bahannya:

Sirap + 5 sudu gula (larutkan dengan secawan air)
500ml air soda
1 tin susu cair
Ais


Cara-caranya:


  1. Campurkan sirap, ais dan air soda.  Masukkan kedalam peti sejuk.  Biarkan sehingga betul-betul sejuk (jika tidak sejuk, air bandung akan nampak seperti susu basi bila campur dengan susu cair)
  2. Kemudian campurkan susu cair sambil kacau rata.
  3. Sedia di hidang.
