Spicy Potato Wadges


SPICY POTATO WADGES

7 pcs Potato (wash - cut with skins)
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp White Pepper / Black Pepper
1 tbsp Cumin
Salt


  1. Mixed dried ingredient then add to potato
  2. Deep fried until its turn brown and crispy
